An appeals court says there will be no new trial for a former District of Columbia judge who tried to sue his dry cleaners for $54 million over a lost pair of pants.

You know what - if a student is endangering other students and gets in the teachers face - I say heck yes, knock him/her out. Granny was WRONG let's not forget that, she was pulled over for speeding!! Then lied about what truly happened; and now will try and sue for retirement money - that's the American way now days! I for one am sick and tired of people who think they are above the law and better than anyone else. Put me on the jury, I'll let her sit in jail for a couple of years to think about. Oh and for the record - I too am a Granny!
